We are currently setting up Logmein license for clients who request to work remotely. This is a per computer cost and would allow the remote user to log into their work computer easily. We will set up the license and give instructions on how to use it. As always, if the user has any issues doing so, should open a ticket.

There is  a 3-month commitment. In addition, we anticipate a 30 minutes per computer installation charge.

Please include the following in the ticket: 

• The number of employees who require remote access

• Employee names

• Cell number and timeframe they will be home so we can work with them.

• Computer system name (can be found in life ring in task tray)
